Dear members, As of now, we are deducting PF on basic whether it is Rs.15000 or Rs.50000. We want to bring a change in the structure for new joiners that wherever the basic salary > 15000 we will deduct 12% at 15000 only. Seen this in most of the salary slips of other organisations.
