Yes we do outsource some training. But in the current business scenario we are utilising our internal resources.

Good work done...i liked TNI Form more....another is nt that impressive...just a query why there are two times duration and no. of participants... (i think its Expected and actual) but not specifed...

Thats right Vijeta, It is planned ( duration, hours, no. of participants) and actual ( duration, hours, no. of partipants). I keep a track by using different colour codings for actualised topics and planned topics.

Excel sheet is not very clear. As as far as the word document is concerned, it looked like feedback form is combined with TNI form.

Good work.You can even sub group & refine you doc as pre training needs & post training needs - You can include your guest comments in that.
You can include TRAINING NEEDS IDENTIFICATION MATRIX by adding fields such as:
1.Course (Topics)
2.Employees requring training with date.
3.Source of training (Job profile / Training agency / pre training survey from candidates)
4.Duration (Hours)
5.Frequency
6.Location if applicable
Also a simple training needs identification format is attached.
