• Step 1: Conduct the gap analysis.
• Step 2: Formulate the training program.
• Step 3: Jointly explore the effectiveness and completeness.
• Step 4: Incorporate company specific exercises, role-plays etc.
• Step 5: Conduct the training.
• Step 6: Conduct a post-test to assess the level of learning.
• Step 7: Conduct refresher training sessions on the concepts that haven’t been effectively applied to the workplace.
(Please note that training evaluation and refresher and follow-up sessions can be arranged as and when needed upon discussions with the client.)
