Hi ,
I have one query.
I put fake experience and got a job in a company. I worked hard and been there for almost 2 years, after that they did bg verfication and wrote badly in the experience letter. After that I joined (its already one and half year over) in some other company and did not submit the experience letter. Now I am looking for a job change, will there be any problem If I don't provide experience letter from my previous company. I can get my exp and rel letter from my current company. What should I tell to next company if they ask to get previous previous experience letter?
Please help me ..waiting for your valuable solution.
Regards

Hi hareesh,
generally we give the experience certificate from the last worked employer (which means the current job). so hopefully you have been honest.
there was this hot discussion on submitting fake documents for which the person was terminated. so be honest in what you give. you will have no fear. the old adage "Truth always triumphs" stands
