Dear Seniors Pls, let me help on the topic. I'm working in a security agency. have to quote rates to clients with the breakup of salary payable & statutory compliance.
mandatory are EPF, ESI, Bonus, Leave with wages, Gratuity. others are for weekly off ( reliever charges).
Some agencies are quoting for 12 hrs rates ( extra for additional 4 hrs _ but on normal rates_ not per OT rules).
what % to charge for Leave with wages & gratuity. ( 4.17% & 4.81% respectively _ doesn't know the calculation behind this.)
attached is the calculation for your ref.
Pls confirm the salary pattern also. in a month there are 30 days_ can any employee work 30 days straight in attendance sheet or Muster roll? have seen somewhere they are putting 30 days full attendance with no weekly off.. but they have charged Reliever charges. ( said thay have paid extra salary to guard)
pls let me confirm the ethical way for both sides. on the employer part as well as the employee part.
waiting for your reply.
