@Shekhar
Actually i joined a company on 17nov 2016. After 2 days, i realised that the organization behavior was not good for me. But i continued my work by ignoring their behavior. But after few days my boss started to talk abusive language for me. But that time i was just waiting for my salary. But on 3rd dec he again used abusive language for me..but this time it was out of my tolerance level. So i argued. But he fired me. & now company is not giving my salary. I don't know what i have to do. I think all this is pre-planned. I am from delhi

"Organization behavior was not good for me" is a very relative term and have no legal value. However, since you have been terminated, you can gladly accept such termination and demand for salary for the days you have actually worked. Wait for 10-15 days from the date of termination to get the final settlement and in the mean time, you can send a soft email asking them to pay the dues. Keep documentation of the email communication and use official ids. If they don't pay after 10-15 days, then you can send a notice/ legal notice through registered/ speed post before taking further legal action.

Dear Shekhar,
You are advised to first have a glance of the terms and conditions of your appointment letter and check whether there is any clause relating to notice period for leaving the company by you or termination of your services by the management. If this kind of condition is there, you shall be entitled for the pay for your notice period Plus pending salary.
After verifying the above facts, you can take action as suggested by Sh Ritesh Maity in his mail.
