hi guys, i am sharad. i am working as a HR Co-Ordinatior. Becouse i am fresher so i dont know about how many forms we have in pf process n all. so any one can tell me the forms and there meaning in PF. (ex. form no 19 is using for pf withdrawal).

Form- 2: Join the provident fund,
Form-5: This form fill by employer only. join the new staff of pf(monthly report)
Form-10: Resigned staff details (monthly report)
Form-12A: Different A/c heads with no.of employees contribution
form-19: pf employee contribution with drawl
form-10C: PF employer contribution and whoever is not cover with 10 year service
form-10D: PF employer contribution and whoever is cover with 10 year service/58
years service.(Pension fund).
