Hi Khusboo,
After going through your post, it seems that you are involved in some of the generic HR activities.. its a good time for you to make a switch..
It doesn't matter more that whether you are working with a brand or not.. but it depends on your skills and knowledge in the same field..
Moreover, will like to know how much experience you have..???
Because based on your experience and skills only will get a good offer...
Wish you all the best...

Hi Khushboo,
Glad to know about you.
In general i am sure that asa Branch Co-ordinator you are handling all the regular activities wherein you are involved in handling, managing people and resources around you, which certainly helps you when you get into an HR job.
And also, as you have completed MBA in HR that would be an added advantage. But Khusboo, experience in a company definitely matters. Now a days stability is an important aspect in your career. Brand to a certain extent does make a difference but as a fresher that shouldn't be a big issue too.
As amit said, based on your experience and skills a better decision can be made.
Take care

Soumya

Hi Khushboo,
As Amit and Soumya have suggested knowledge and skill along with stability are important determinants, now a days, for a good career prospects.
From your posting its not clear whats ur experience with the present organisation? If its less than a year or so preferably you can still continue with them. Secondly, such type of profile gives a greater opportunity to learn all the aspects of HR.

Hi Khushboo,
If u can get ur self designated as personnel or hr executive, it will do wonders rather than having designated as branch coordinater, incase if u wish to persue ur career in HR or Personnel.
Best wishes

The best way to grow is to start from the basics. Handle your task efficiently and keep yourself available for bigger challenges, as and when they come your way.
You also need to understand the total and actual function of HR. Based on that select and master the domain that you are comfortable with.
I hope this will help.
Thanks and Regards
