Dear All,
I am working as a Manager in one of a leading construction company, many of are employees have taken houses in our own company, but they have failed to make the payment despite several reminders.
I need a proffesional letter which says to pay the current dues immediately, but without hurting them.
Can anybody help me for the same, its urgent.

Dear Parikshit,
You have asked for the help but there needs to be little more clarity on the situation.
When company hires accommodation for the employees, we make agreement with the landlord. Now when we allot the same accommodation to the company employees, we make one more internal agreement with the employee. Have you made that internal agreement? If yes, what are the terms and conditions of allotment of such housing? When they were supposed to make the payment? Secondly, if employees need to pay something to the company then why deductions are not made through their monthly salary?
Unless you clarify on these issues it will not be possible to draft the letter.
Thanks,

Dear Dinesh,
Thank you for the reply.
Its not about company's accomodation, the employees have purchased a new flat in one of our ongoing project and according to the schedule they need to pay some amount.
As its a new project, the registration is yet to be done but a certain amount is to be paid as a booking confirmation.
Regards
Parikshit.
