Dear all,
I am currently working and have been a DBA for over 3 yrs.I have given interviews to Top players in IT industry.
Iwas shortlisted and was told would be given the offer letter but i didn't get any.
This has been done atleast in 2 different companies.They shortlist me and tell that I will get offer letter but the offer letter never seems to come. When I call them they say either the position is on hold or you will get by tommorow.But nothing has happened uptil now.
Whats happening?I am really worried and frustated.What could be the reason?
Now Its been months and now no interview calls are coming either?
Are DBA jobs gone?

* Well Versed with performance monitoring and tuning
* Essential SQL/PLSQL knowledge
* Experience as an oracle DBA in production site

Profile * 2 to 4 yrs experience
* Good communication & interpersonal skills
* Hands on knowledge in Oracle data warehousing database and Oracle collaboration suite, application server, Ebusiness is plus
