In almost all leading organisations, there will be a standard joining letter format. All you have to do is to fill in the form and handover to the HR executive concerned. In any case, such a letter does not require any great English language composition - " with reference to your offer of employment letter no. dated.... I hereby report for duty on _____ at ____. "
