Hi,
Excellent piece of work.
Conceptually very well structured.
I have no observations at this stage as I have been able to make just a quick leafing through and that satisfied me professionally.
I am downloading it and would be able convey my observations later as that takes time.
But I repeat that you have made an extremely valuable contribution to your organization and to our profession.

Quite amazing efoort and the sytematic approach has made it more worthy..... I have few suggestion that might help us all.
- The length of the document may be the factor fro reading all the things and getting the full knowledge.
- Maximumof this information should be in bullets, because we all absorb things in bullets more easily.
- If you dont mind may I do some effrot to make it more bullet oriented text.
