hi i am a 2010 b tech passout i joined a company in bpo sector as they said we would be posted on to the software projects after 6 months working in the bpo ...but later got to know that need to work for 18 months....and the feeling i felt was some thing like we were squeezed out our blood and living on it .....that much hectic goals were given to us in the begging itself...and as i found i was wasting my time and wanted to just do any software courses and get into software sector .....now what happened is the company sent me a show cause notice as i have left the company and they said some decipline action would be taken what is this ......is this the life??? why should he play with my life and what did i do i just dont want to work in a bpo and they are forcing me to join in the company right now.....and can i take a legal action on the firm? please help me

BPO are only for fun time pass money and girls ;) ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, dont care a heck about notice and all they dont know anything, tell them u will complaint of harassment to labour commissioner, media, and ask them to do ur fnf

Why should you join BPO when you are qualified in Engg? Go to your core area. Joining and leaving an organisation without completing the formalities is not healthy in the long term and you need to improve on this front.

They Cant file a case against you as the employee should be working for 240 days for filling a case

Thanks for the reply pon and rahul....yes pon i am working on it to be sable from now onwards but they said it was related to networking but over there we had targets on customer satisfaction on a call...and more over being a new guy on floor they used to make us sit for long hours they said for 8 hours but after logging off they used to make us to take more calls to reach the target ....i did not like that to happen .....
