We are facing problem while drafting charge sheet in Hindi as only English & Marathi copies of Industrial Employment Standing Orders is available in Market. I have been into HR & IR for 40 years after completing my education from XLRI Jamshedpur and having worked in companies like Tata Steel.
As you know, this works needs painstaking accuracy in translation from English to Hindi words / phrases/ expressions/ composition of meaning in spirit and words.
In addition, the translation has to be done meticulously so that there are no misinterpretation or different meaning plus good amount of time and typing work which has to be very confidential.
