In my concern, one of the Employee has change his work place from tirupur to Karur Branch without intimation. He has not come to Tirupur office latterly he joined our Karur Branch without Management concern. now Management wants to send memo letter to Employee. so, please someone help & arrange to send the memo draft letter.

First of all question Branch manager Karur in writing for accepting an employee without relevant orders.
Put up a draft letter to both these people, we will help correct and make it legally correct show cause notice.

Karur Branch manager also not aware of this relocation. Karur B.M not accepted his relocation. so now management wants to send a memo. T.Lakshmanan

Kindly put up a show cause notice with factual position which you only will be aware. Corrections and amendments will be done by learned members of the forum.

You charged the Employee for his absenting in Tirupur branch and charge with unauthorised working at Karur. Advice your Karur Branch official not to entertain the person.
