One more question from my side,
I quit my last to last job in July 2008 in one of MNC.
The reason was mine and my boss's relation, today i agree that i was wrong on most of the front and angrily took decision to quit.
But, now i want to get back to that company but when ever i send my CV it goes to my ex- manager( atleast i think so) and he rejects it. Not sure whether exactly this is happenning but even my friends from same company says that.
Now, I want to write him sorry and request him to call me back. How should I write? In that company interviews are scheduled on 23rd of this month.
Who ever reading this take it as SOS and please suggest me something....
thanks

It seems that now you are thinking negatively.
These are self excuses. No need to feel bad. Go ahead & contact with your X manager. Tell him that you realized the erroneous part & ensure him that you will improve ASAP.
I am sure I you will do so he will forgot past. Anyway A complete professional will not analyze you onbehalf of your past.
So go ahead.......Best of luck.

Dear Sach,
While I appreciate your honesty to admit that you are fault, in my opinion it may not be wise for you to get back into the organisation especially when your ex - boss is still around. You will find it extremely difficult to manage situations after you join.
You are the best judge of the situation.

hi,
any employee has to think before leaving is :-
1. the organization is first thing that will remain forever if it prospers
2.your treatment from the organization wrt CTC, designation, Comfortness with the job, work culture & there after the treatment from your immediate superior.
3.the decision to resign the job has take from above 2 points.
4.if once it has taken then one must adhere to that & should not rethink again on that decision
my advice: Try to find the job in other region of the same company, or other company with the same job, or higher the job profile of your current job.
ALL THE VERY BEST FOR YOUR FUTURE

Hi
Just visit your company, meet your Colleagues over there and also meet your boss and say Hi to your boss, if you get chance, admit your mistake and apologized. If your boss forgives, he himself would ask other wise forget of joining the company. This is a very good experience you learned and this is called gaining and growing in industry. ALL THE BEST.

Hi sach8382 <link updated to site home> ,
If you will take my advice and experience then I would suggest you to leave this topic, because may be you are feeling that you had a guilty of misconduct that time but your boss’s mind won’t accept this.
I faced the same situation in my previous to previous org. I had not made any rude or unethical behavior to my boss but still he is not in favour to reconsider my candidature in his company. And I know there is no specific reasons behind it accept his bossy nature.
Rest decision is yours.
Best of luck for your future.

Chill man there's nothing permanent but change. Accept it and move ahead. You have lost your respect and importance you had prior to your hasty decision. Call it off and look for better prospects. Staring expectedly at the rear view mirror for too long will end up in further disaster.

I completly agree what one says, you should not go back to your company, its very diffficult for you manage the situation, its very embarassing for you to face him again & again.
Anyways think about you decision, and do what your heart says.

Dear,
My personal advice would be the same as of all others. You want to join your previous organization because of the work environment, growth, Friendly colleagues or someother reason. Whatever it may be but understand that this would not be the same to you when you will join again. Then it will be difficult for you to accept the things and to get rid of them. Please search for other companies, if you have this positive attitude then you will find a very good company and work environment as you like again.
