Dear All,
We use to pay an advance payment of 5 days in the payroll cycle i.e. for 1 to 30 we assume employee present 26 to 30 of every month to make payment on 1st day of following month. But after sending a muster roll on 26th salary got proceed and now employee resigned & not ready to serve notice period.
In this case how we can recover the cost.
Thanks, Vishal

Dont issue a relieving letter to employee instead as a communication to his resignation letter issue him a letter stating about the amount he has to pay in the lieu of notice period and for LWP for days absent to get proper relieving. also mention that the copy of same letter will be sent to his future employer.
