Hi mentors, I had joined small finance bank in the year 2016 as CSO and worked with same for 1 year. During the time I uncertainly faced some serious health issue and i had to resign from my job. So with all medicle documents I submitted my resignation to HR in 2017 and they confirmed me your request has been submitted.
Now i asked them for reliving certificate they are asking me for recovery payment after 1.5 year.
What should i do in this case?

if you had medical issues and "unfit to work" then what is the utilization of reliving certificate? and if they confirmed your resignation then is it not a reliving document?

Dear friend,
You are bound to serve notice as per your terms of appointment and geneunienly your employer asked for notice pay.
They kept quite for 1.5 years, it is you woke-up them to do so. Now you send a notice to your employer you only can pay by cheque on issue of experience and reliving certificate.
