Wow that is a scary powerpoint, under our labour relations act Interviewers would not be able to behave as you describe...if you are kept waiting longer than a reasonable time the interviewee has the right to complain!

I would like to disagree with one point, keeping the interviewee waiting for hours, candidate may came with planning to attend other interviews or going back to office may be other planning and if he is rejecting the opportunity doesnt mean that he cant handle the stress..
