Hi Saritha Sharma Please be clear what do you mean by HR functions? What is the total employee strength? What will be your roles?

Also, please be specific with your questions too. ' What are the things required for the same?' questions like these are difficult to answer.

Hi Sarita,

Am a freelance HR Consultant, apart from other roles such as Freelance HR Trainer, Soft Skill Trainer, Content Developer etc. Am a consultant for many small and medium size companies and start-ups. You can provide any service to y our client in HR area - end-to-end solutions.. In fact my outfit name is R2R HR Services ie Recruitment to Retirement HR Services. you have the resource you can provide anything. However, it depends upon what your clients want and for that you have to equip yourself through external or outsourced persons. For instance, your client may seek your service for background / credential verification, or may ask you to provide an Employee Handbook or create a designation structure or restructuring.... As regards compensation, if you are a small outfit, you can charge per number of employee in your client establishment. Bigger MNC consultants charge at 10K per employee depending upon the service and you can start with 500 K per employee and come to an undestanding depending upon the affordability of the client.. There are no bench mark figures for such services... purely demand versus supply situation.

Best wishes

Dear all,

Recruitment
OD Process
Organised the appraisal of employee
Review of the employee mood and inform to management.
Prepare Contract of the employee
Probation appraisal.
So what should be the reasonable charges? Please guide us.

Sarita,
There is no template or format for such things. Had I been in your place, I will first fix an appointment with the CEO or whosoever it is , sit with the person concerned and make a presentation or show case your firms experience, knowledge and skills in HR, your past clients, the assignments you had undertaken for them on HR etc. Then seek to understand from them what they want from your end. List them out. Attend to the tasks one by one and give it to them. Whenever they seek clarifications, you provide them. That is how it is done.
Best wishes
