Dear Sir,
Today I lost my Job with my USA multinational company Tranzact ,who inducted me on 1st of June for Bhopal location as GM ( OPERATIONS ) and asked me to apply for US Visa and come for training to USA for 3 weeks but my US Visa rejected thrice by the consulate just on assumption and filmsy grounds inspite of my case being highly genuine and I have not done any crime or offence throughout my life nor any member of my family and my academic and professional background is impeccable without any dark spot.
I recently got job in US MNC for their office at at Bhopal ( MP ) and got offer letter on 1st June 2018, company asked me to come to Illinois for 3 weeks training . My permanent positing is in Bhopal only. I applied for visa first time from New Delhi and interview date 24th July and it was refused under 214( b ) , again I tried from Kolkata location ( as I was getting early appointment ) and my interview was on 02nd August and it is again refused citing reason 214 ( b) , that you are not qualifying as you are newly joined this company and how are they giving you training in US for three weeks . Again I applied on 10th September from Kolkata and again the consular refused my visa for the same reason under same section without even verifying my documents . I am Mechanical Engineer from NIT , Bhopal with Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and also Masters in Computer aided design and having 20 years experience in leading companies i.e Godrej and Boyce , Indian Railways , IFB Industries, Bajaj Auto Limited etc. , Why I am being denied my deserving opportunity by the visa consular s who do not even see the documents fully and just say that you do not qualify because this is a new job. I am joined in a Senior position in the company so its really a shock for me . It is really ruining my job prospects as this training is mandatory for keeping my job intact . i am already 45 years old and you know that getting a job is very very difficult now a days . What is my fault in this as their ground of rejection is not at all justified and just based on assumption and prejudice . All the tickets and lodging boarding the company is arranging for this training and also I am settled in Bhopal with sound family and professional background . this is a deserving case of a proud Indian getting selected in a good company on his own credentials , but being denied the job prospect and training and the reason of denial is just on the basis of assumption that he might be an immigrant and is on flimsy ground . This has lead me to unemployed and my family will suffer heavily .
My parents are also Senior citizen and I also look up to them and this job is the only source of income for me . So , I again request you to take up my case on humanitarian ground .
Thanks with best Regards.

There is nothing you can do legally.
All you do is to write a letter to them and clarify your position and hope they understand.

The US Consulate cannot decide on your suitability for the job. Your credentials were accepted by Tranzact, and the US Consulate cannot veto the same. Perhaps, you could request Tranzact to exert its influence in getting your clearance. May be you could try the tourist visa.

Where a tourist visa can solve the issue, coz a tourist visa is available for 30 days to 90 days , and the training is mere 3 weeks, you ave taken improper map to get visa,
for work visa they needs loads of documentation and getting it approved by USA based permit issue Councillor for which the applicant can do nothing but the employer has to do it.
