Hi, i have worked in an organization where they have not paid us for 20 odd months. They use to take loans from banks and use it for personal benefits.They are the known defaulters in the banking industry We were looking for job but even no one was ready to give us job on the company name. They have not shown us employees to IT office also. They deducted our tax for three months from April 2014 and not submitted that for two years. Also they have not submitted our PF which they have deducted in 2014. Can any one please tell me what all acts of Income tax authorities are present under which I can file a case as they are offering just 5 months salary for settlement.
Also to PF authorities , they have told that all employees have resigned instantly in Sep 2014. I have my appointment letter, relieving letter( signed from the director) and other mails on personal mail id informing office work and screen shots of Whats app conversation.
I want to sue them in high court and complaint in IT and govt offices, can any please tell me different offices where I can file compalints
