Dear All Seniors,
please let me know the full details about Leaves of Employees , Formula to Calculate the leaves,Difference between CL,Pl,and SL, As per labour Law what are the procedure to calculate leaves? Does leave calculate on working hour basis?? which leaves are carry forward, encashable and which laps??
please do let me know how to calculate the leaves at the time of F & F settlement.
what is the eligibility for getting PL and SL, what are parameters... how many CL, PL and SL are provided to an Emp. for whole year.
If an employee works on Holidays also in 24 Hours working Plant as Sugar Mills then will he be eligible to get double Salary Of that Day?
What Is the procedure to get Bonus.??
Please provide the suggestions .... i am really in need ....

Also, at the time of Full and Final settlement, only PL is encashed. Balance PL mentioned in the records are encashed at the time of full and final settlement.PL is encashed on the basic amount, the employee is getting at the time of leaving the organization. CL & SL are not encashed at the time of FFS.
