hi to all....m doin ma summer internship from iocl, mathura in hr
need help!!on what kind of project do i select there in iocl mathura
which benefits me in d final placement.....plz help soon.......
keeping ion mind that it is an psu and the headquarter is not in mathura (in mumbai) ....its jus a unit where hr policies are not made
plzzz forward any report on hr in iocl, if anyone had.....reply asap :confused:

Not knowing what IOCL in Mathura do or what will be useful to them too, it's not possible to answer your question. Please ask your mentor at IOCL.
