Here in our company, the overtime beyond 48 hrs of working is double. my query is whether overtime working on national holiday is double or triple, by considering normal overtime is double + working on national holiday.please clarify my doubt.

There is no special OT rate for working on National Holiday. For working on weekly off a compensatory off to be given. For working extra hours more than 9 hours per day OT is to be give twice the rate.
In this case you will be required to give One compensatory off+ OT for 8 hours @twice the rate.
