Management is ones personal skill, you can further develop it with books like one attached. But what you also need is legal knowledge. Buy a book from a good publishing house. Taxman is good, if you can get a legal book from there.

It's pleasing to know your interest. This would be useful too, having said that I would impress upon you to stay in touch with the community as this in itself is like an "encyclopedia" for learning. To be a good HR Person you have to be a well read person too.
Best wishes.

S Roopa Devi,
Nice to know that you are an MBA (HR/Marketing) 2011. You seem to have made up your mind to take up a job after two years, and have made inquiries if there are any workshops in HR @ Hyderabad. As far as I know there isn't anything now, nor have I seen anything like this in the distant past. I say this to you with authority being one from the same place.
I volunteer to "Coach" you, though I might have really wished I had a bunch here, and if not here, from else where too. The aspect I would like to focus on is not to make anyone of you job ready, but to facilitate a career.
