My previous company was paying late salary, defaulted in TDS deposited and PF payment also. My salary is 25000/pm. I left the company and joined new company. The previous company is paying late salaries to existing employees but not paying dues to left employee.
I have the salary slips and relieving letter.
Can you tell me what option do I have to get pending salary from company?
Can I sue the company?
If yes, under which law and section?
Also from taxation perspective, I have to pay tax though I have very less hopes to get back the same.
How can I get my dues soon, plz guide.
