I am working as a HR Mananger in a big automobile dealership with 1200 of manpower but still HR is not yet developed properly. I had 6 months back inthis org. My problem to educate management about HR Policies and especilally Leave policy. Please give me a brief note about this to educate and implement it in my firm.

as you are in rajshtan Shops & estab act so go through with tha act and find out the minimum leave and other factors,
its a law by state govt so better that give written paper to your management

I would suggest for a HR campaign in the organization , which should gather the attention of each and every employee
You can organise for a day's tour or one day outbound training to the employees. While at the tour you can set up team building games and other activities which will create a sense of unity and team cohesiveness among them.
A session on HR activities and leave policies can be organized, where you can speak out to them and distribute brief pamphlets.
Senior management should also be participated which will help in favour of you
