Thank god you are in India and not in some western country lest you would have ended up in getting sued for gender bias.

I agree with Divekar, when you are hiring for your organization, you would require people not just work for it but to respect it. It would get very difficult, when your sentence formation is incorrect. The message you wish you communicate would completely go wrong. It would portray a very disturbing picture about you.

Hello,
I had suggested you to write "women candidates". But you have written "female". Even this is also not professional.
Male and female are biological differences. These differences have no place in corporate set up. In India word "female' is widely used but it is completely wrong as far as international standards concerned.
Anyway ignorance is bliss and let us put up with it!
