Can any one provide the detail of penalties to employer who donot declare national holiday. Is there any provision on keeping offices working on national holiday? what is the min and max penalty.

First examine under which of Act you are entitled to have the national holiday & then go through the panel provisions under that Act for having know how on maximum & minimum penalty for non declaration of this holiday.
