My resignation is approved by HR and I have received mail from Exit team mentioning my last working day that is 6th april.. After my resignation got approved.. I have taken 4 days medical leave. In this case will there be any problem to get release letter? Kindly help.

It is company specific. Yes in normal course employers insist for no leave during notice period. However leave on the grounds of sickness is genuine and no other go for the employee. In such cases Employer either may adjust the leave against leave balance and relieve you on 6th April or might ask you extend the notice period by 4 days. It all depends on your rolls and responsibilities, how long you were employed with them etc.
