I am a commerce background student.I have completed my MBA in HR from an open university. i havworked in a private printing firm for last 3 years as an administrative manager. I am.looking for an Hr job but being a fresher in this field i dont understand how to approach companys. Again.i.would like to known what different job profiles are there in Hr..I wish you would help me to get a new start because i am really confused.
