It's time consuming to print one by one all the data on a specific tiem card. I just need the database in which i can retrieve data on given time card format just by entering employee's badge number. Got your point (to some extent)... if you can provide me with ur database (with few records only.... may b dummy records - with all coloumns in ur database)... along with the information you require... then i can send you the final compiled sheet... u just have to add ur data in that sheet.. and on second sheet.. jst enter employee code of anyone and required information will automatically b there..... u can send it on my e-mail id at...>

You have to give me the database and i can incorporate the required information from that database into this format.

So, now i got your format (on which information is TO BE extracted), i would be requiring the database. May be, use my excel sheet and put some of your data (with all required fields) in that and i will create the information required as per your format. Once this is done you can put any number of records in you DATABASE and that information will automatically be extracted in the format (next sheet), just by typing the employee id.
