Hi seniors,
Now I am looking for new job I have exp in HR field as a recruiter 1 year 4 month in Arise company coimbatore then my designation changed to Talent Acquisition Consultant in Software company Bangalore 6 months completed in my first company I have done many closures because many clients and full targets in my present company total reverse only two clients one or two closure simply said 80 percentage core activities and 20 percentage recruitment. So I have decided to look for job change in HR core activities that mean to involve in every HR activities also I am focusing only MNC Company, here I have one doubt also coming Jan 2017 totaly 2 year exp I will complete so after that I should look for job change or now itself I can look for new job. My main need from you all senior is whatever HR Recruiter or HR executive I have to prepare for interview so I need all hr interview question and answers technical also like about recruitement also. Please share me the link and documents.
