I am working in a Pvt. Ltd. Com. for last 5.3yrs. last year I have taken Maternity Leave for 3 months(April'15 to June'15). But my management didn't give Maternity benefit as they approved for the same. I have given a email to the concern Dept. but didn't get any reply for the same. last one year I am waiting for the same.Pl suggest me what to do.

Please put a final application asking for Maternity benefits. If they deny or keep quiet,then approach labour officer of the area with your problem of denial of Maternity Benefits.
