Dear All, I have resigned from my current company 1 Month back, but still, they have not accepted my resignation. They are asking me to serve the notice period in the office when lockdown opens then they will accept it. What I will do now. Please help me with this.

I presume you have been working from home during the entire lockdown period. If it is so, then to state that the notice period is to be served after the lockdown is lifted is improper and just
harassment. In case they insist on it, you can make a complaint to the local Labour Office.

You have not mentioned about working from home during lockdown, are you working from home? If you have been working from home then your company cannot say to complete notice period on opening of lockdown. It can be completed while working from home.
