Why are you not able to decide by yourself as to which job suits you?How others know what job suits you? You need to ask yourself some questions.
1)What is your aptitude for a job?
2) Do you have aptitude for numbers and graphs and analysis of their permutations and combinations which Finance requires?
3) Do you enjoy dealing with products, meeting people, negotiating with them which marketing requires?
4) Do you enjoy out door work or desk work?
5) Are you an extrovert or introvert or a a mixture of both?
You need to ask some such questions and answer them honestly which may help you understand your passion. You had experiences in Finance, HR and Admin.Thhere is nothing like one is easier or softer than the other and each has it's own challenges. It is only you that have to take a call on such issues.
