Now a days there is no need of submitting any Form 3A & 6A as well as any monthly returns physically. Monthly returns should be submitted using ECR form online only & no need of annual returns

Hi Rabi Shankar!
As per your statement company paid your PF amount at Bangalore office. So that they guide you to go and apply Bangalore like that.
But you worked at Kolkata Mincas.
My suggestion is - you just fill the claim form like EPF 10C & EPF 19 along with letter including (Employee.Name,Emp.code,Worked location,Date of Joining and Date of Exit from the company) reasons for resigned like these details should be their this letter.
All document send to your Bangalore company office they will send your PF claim form to EPF Office. Then it will be start claiming process.
