Can anyone tell me where to download Form 3A? One of our ex-employees has submitted the PF withdrawal form, and the PF office has instructed us to submit Form 3A along with the withdrawal form to expedite the processing of the request. This is my first time coordinating the PF withdrawal for an employee, so I am seeking help from senior colleagues regarding the entire procedure.
