Hello members
Every time U people helped me to overcome every hurdles comes in my way. I hope this time also all of you show me the rght way to move on.
See frens I am employed on the post of HR Manager at A Maruti Dealership at my home town. And the owners of this dealership are my Closely Known Persons. I am doing dis job frm last 4 months. My bosses are so much money minded ans so unaware bout the HR Management.
They jst know tht dis is jst a compulsion to hav an HR On their dealership. The person have nothing to do except intreacting with Maruti officials and they want me to pretain to them that everything is goin according to Maruti Norms. But nothing of dis sort is happening here. If i want to make something better and act according to HR needs than they people stop me to do anything. They jst wanted me to be happy wid my designation and my cabin itself and even my salary is not according to the norms. I m getting much less than the actual pay scale.
They never give me any chance to prove myself and do my job as according. I feel frustrated with dis situation. I wanna quit from here.
But i dont understand how i should talk to dem and make dem understand. I feel i m jst wasting my time to glued here. Pls members let me know the rght way of quiting frm here.

Hi Dear,
If you yourself is not happy with the job you are doing i don't understand y ru sticking to this job.Fist and formost you are not learning anything over here and secondly these people are not allowing you to exercise your job duties as a manager.According to me you should start looking for a new job and then leave this job ASAP, otherwise this job will be like a black mark on your carrier.
Thanks &
All the Best!!!!

I agree with Nisha. Try convincing your bosses but start looking for an alternative from now.

My Dear Sharma,
I apprieciate that you had put forward the situation you are facing at your work place and you had been true about that.
Look,i know that the job you are doing at your known people place is good to the extent that you are at your home place.I know that people become least interested when they get a job at their home town.
Even same thing happened to you. When they had given you the job offer you accepted it at the same payscale, same location and were happy to be at your place then all of a sudden you had a mind that they are not giving you that freedom to work.
Then its on you that if you don't have any problem to have a change then try to get a new job and try to work where you feel happy.I have my friends who have their family business and the business do huge profit to the family every month but still they want to work with the company which they feel happy.
I would suggest you not to work where you have to JOB SATISFACTION.
Bye

You should do the job that you enjoy and love. If you do not love the job that you are doing..."Change it". But, as you mentioned that the owners are closely related to you...so be sure that you might not get the similar designation or package...once you move out-of that company.

Dear Jyoti
Appreciating your patience to stick with your present employer
Having knowledge and qualification, why you are hesitating to discuss with your bosses. If they are not listening your views and considered for any better scale and implementing new ideas, it is right time to tender your resignation without any hesitation.

Hi
I personally agree with L.Kumar. Anyway you are not interested in sticking on there as your role as an HR is not working. But before resigning, you should have a chit chat with them, may be if you are able to convince them what you are planning and how you want to deploy it, the situation can change!
If you are not opening your views, may be after resigning when your post is replaced, the same can happen to the new chap too......
So better communicate first than thinking of resigning.... after all we are in HR; right na
Best wishes

Hi,
God Morning. AS far as your job is concerned the foremost thing you need to ensure is that you are satisfied and nothing else.Everything else can attract you for the time being but at the end of the day if you recap your day or think of it you will get frustrated. So i would suggest to look for an option while you are there and once you get a proper opportunity with more reason to to get away of your frustration, leave the present one.

Dear Friends,
This is really a very unfortunate situation for a HR Manager which is caled a very innovative and progressive person. Let it be a small or big organization. I would suggest you to quit the company immediately and join a good company.
Its not fair to do with yourself. If I would have been at your place, I would leave the organization and join some good.
