I have written a bond for an IT company for 3 years. However after working for 2 years 7 months, I have decided to leave due to financial crisis, Now they are asking me to pay 2,00,000 + GST and my current CTC is 3 LPA . Or else they are not going to provide relieving letter. Can I pay the amount for now and after receiving all my experience letter and relieving letter. Can we raise a case against them to get the money back. I'm in early stages of career and I dont want to disturb it without experience letters and all.

Dear Bunty1626,
You worked for 2 years and 7 months. You have a bond with your company to work for 3 years. Now only 5 months remains to complete 3 years bond.
It seems you have ample money to pay either to your company or to an advocate.
5 months one can easily pass on, don't you feel so?
Now the question of whether such bond is legally binding on or not.
There are different views on it. What kind of bond is it? How it is drafted? Has company spent some amount on your training?
All this things one need to see before deciding the merit in your case and for that you need to spend handsome money.
Think of the relationship which may be going to spoil your career, by breaking the bond for just short of 5 months. Think of the repercussions of you every decision.
Take wise decision dear.
