Hi!!
I'm a B.tech(CSE) graduate-2011. I have 1year 10 months experience in IT industry as a Developer.I resigned my job in April-2014 for personal reasons and appeared for CAT, unfortunately it dint go that well. So, I'm planning to take distance MBA in HR. As i want to do MBA in HR, I'm looking for job as Recruiter, it'll be useful for me in MBA also. Being a developer, I think I've better understanding of the technologies and done some certifications as well.
I've some small questions.
1. Searching a job as a Technical recruiter, will my experience as developer will be counted? Even though its in the Development side but its in the IT industry only right.
2. Being an engineering graduate will I be considered for the Technical Recruiter.
3. While applying for position should i mention my previous experience or i should apply as a fresher.
3. Can i get some resume samples.
Thanks.

Hi
There are few companies which will consider your experience. It is always better to keep the existing experience in your resume & you have to explain the valid reason at the time of interview.
Being a engineering graduate there are very less chances to get job into technical recruitment in good companies. Instead of waiting for good companies you try to get job in any company & you will gain the experience. At the same time it is better to understand the recruitment formalities process and procedure to tackle the interview
