Hi, I'm an MBA HR fresher 2010. Currently working as a technical recruiter. I want to grow as a perfect HR professional in very less spam of time. What should I do to achieve much more as HR.
One of my major strengths are quick learning ability and very enthusiastic in HR activities. Can anyone suggest me how to plan my future to become a great HR.
