Dear Shrey,
The employee strength is 250+90+170=510 in different locations. The budget & all will be secondary part. As of now, I have to submit a detailed action plan for operationalising the center including resources required.

Dear Sunil.
I am ex-HR Manager of hotel and now I am on my own.
The challenge with your industry is lopsided emphasis on F & B, Housekeeping, Front office, Guest handling etc. Most of the time, core issues of managerial competencies are ignored.
What I can do for you is as below:
a) Creating a Training Manual for you
b) Creating a plan for identification of Training Needs for both - Managers and non-managers
c) Creating a structure to assess the training vendors
d) Creating a structure to raise in-house trainers
e) Creating a structure to measure effectiveness of training programmes
f) Creating a structure to measure effectiveness of training department i.e. KRA and KPI for the training department
