Dear Friends,
What is the legal action that can be taken against a company that does not pay you the full and final settlement. In spite of repeated times of contact my previous employer is not paying my F&F.
Is there a legal binding that can be used against them, what are they?

From Singapore
But, is the organsation asking for some timeline within which they will settle the fnf or they are not just settling it.
Also, dear seniors- is there any specific duration for the Full and Final Settlement as per the legal guidelines?
Thanks,
Lakshmi

Dear Team,
With reference to the above, I too have the same issue, its 6 months and still my employer has not paid me my last working month salary nor my f&f settlement. They have not even given me relieving letter though the resignation was accepted on email.
I had been working as manager and had completed my handover after resignation duly.
I need my salary + my due full and final payment including bonus, notice pay, etc.... Also I need to get my relieving letter without which I am not able to get job in any other MNCs or good companies.
Please kindly advice how can I get my dues and how can I get help from law. Can I get compensation for the loss and mental torture I have been going through since I am a single working women.
Your advice would mean a lot to me.

Dear Peer,
What legal action an employee can take if the employer refuses to pay the last salary of an employee after terminating his service (without any notice on performance basis). Employee has given a complete handover to the employer and also has an acceptance email of the handover documents, employer gave the experience letter but refusing to pay the last salary which is due.
Your kind revert would be of a great help.
Thank you

Hi,
I am also facing a similar kind of issue. Its more then 3 months since i left my job, but i have not received my payment of f & f. As a policy, i have been told that payment would be done in 45 days bt afterward they denied for payment. I was in probation thus, served 15 days notice that was further extended to around 10 days more. I have all relevant documents like, resignation acceptance, relieving and experience letter, as well as communication through mails or msg. What can i do legally, as they have refused to pay my money.
Please, give me proper guidance.
