One of close friends younger sister was asked to resign from the biggest IT company of India.
She was selected for an overseas Database project in March 2021.
However due to long wait for securing a work visa her company asked her to resign by Aug-21.
Now she is being offered another position in another top notch IT company.
However the HR of her last company is unwilling to state the true reason for her to resign.
What should she do.

Now that the candidate got another offer in another top notch IT Company, why to bother about the reason for prior company exit ? At the time of interview she can explain to the HR about the reason for her exit orally.
Nowadays most of the HR's to safeguard the interest of their Company/Management follow this tactics of asking employee to resign instead of Company closing their employment for fear of making compensation amount or notice period based on the terms and conditions of the employment
