I have a question regarding the transfer or change of job sponsorship. If I come to the UAE on a work visa and do not wish to work with my sponsor, can I find a new job and change my sponsorship immediately after receiving my first residency card? My current sponsor will give me a No Objection Certificate, so there is no problem from his side because he is my cousin. So, can I immediately resign from him and find a new job?
