Thank you this is very good. I use a lot of this myself in my own training of TM. Is there a way of getting a copy of this and using it myself? Thanks

Hi Shabbar,
Thanks for sharing. I also use games/activities to drive home the need to self manage, along with the 4 quadtrant theory.
Do you also give the trainees different Planning/Goal setting tools in this Time management workshop/training ? If so, can you share what you use ?
Run of the mill Gannt charts, flow charts,to-do lists get a little boring, hence I personally prefer the usage of Mindmaps...it only only gives a fun flavor to the workshop,it also gives the subconcious a chance to connect with images/colors etc, along with some experiental learning games/activities to drive in the point of self management.

Hello Richa,
I do time mgt training program in a non conventional way bcos you just cannot manage time.. what you can do is manage yourself.
yes, the 2nd quadtrant i use extensively to drive across the point of planning and goal setting and the weekly planner.
I use the paradigm of of time balance of personal - professional life approach.

Hi Shabbar,
The way I train is not just through ppts, questionnaires etc -- those I use to get them to understand where they may be standing. Most of my workshops are experiential based activites along with relevant NLP techniques.
I say the above because, like you I firmly believe that it is managing one self that is the main key vs. just handing out different theorems, tips, techniques.
Thanks :)
