I have given interview in Infosys Pune on 13th Oct 2018, after clearing my first technical round they took my HR round.
They told me that you have been selected for this position and we discussed annual package and job roles & responsibilities. and HR told me that they will release my offer letter within 2 weeks of span as they need to take approvals from everyone. but they also told me that, if there is any problem they can reject also and will inform you about that also within 2 weeks.
after 4-5days they again contacted me and requested me to send signed declaration form which they sent me over E-mail, which included that i was not in contract/bond or any project/account that is related with Infosys ltd. with my previous company. as my previous company was Vodafone and Vodafone is client of Infosys so they needed my Signed declaration, which i have provided to them immediately.
But since then i haven't heard anything from them, its been now 2 weeks. They haven't sent me Rejection letter also, so what should i conclude
whether i am selected or not ?? whether my offer letter is in progress ?? how should i contact them to know?
Does business approval for signing offer letter need so much time ??
Lots of thoughts and confusion going in my mind. can any one help me on this with any suggestions ?

Dear friend,
Don't be panicked. Try to contact the respective HR who were in touch with you for an update. In corporate world so many things involved you have to bear with these. Have patience, be positive. How about your present employment, resigned already, if yes, have got relieved, try to tie up these things so that the transition is smooth. Hope you'll be provided with enough joining time. All the best.

Hi, i have just contacted the HR department, they are saying that your application is still under process and it is stuck in legal formalities as your previous company is Vodafone and Vodafone is client for infosys , and according to policy Company can not hire from Client company, He also mentioned that we are neither Rejecting you Nor we have offering right now. HR even mentioned that as of now they don't see any positive sign but they have sent my declaration that i have not associated with any account/project related to infosys during my tenure.
And frankly I left Vodafone 1 year before and now i am working for different company.
Please can any on guide me on this ?? is there any hope that i will get offer letter ??

This is what you missed. You should have revealed the fact every problem could have been averted. I don't know/what made you to withheld this. That means you didn't include this tenure with this present Co. as the immediate past experience. How did you manage at the interview, telling them that you still continuing in Vodaphone ? Think, whether you could now intimate them this fact and weigh the consequences. Take a careful study of the differ situations before hand/taking any decision. In any case truth has to come out. There is no point in withholding any info.of your profile.

Noooo, you didnt get it what i wanted to say,
Actually i have three years of experience with three companies ( 1yr each)
I have listed all the experience in my resume. out of which my first company was Tata then 2nd was Vodafone and now Third and current working company is Muscade
so i worked with Vodafone for period Oct 2016 to Oct 2017
Recently i have interviewed and selected for infosys but they have problem with my 2nd company where i used to work 2 year ago just bcoz it is their client company.
Now i am confused whether they will send me offer letter or not ?? is there any exception made in such cases

Got it, but this will depend on the current policy of Infosys. We have no say in this but to await their response. Hope for the best.
