I am seeking your guidance for job search for my wife. She is an electronics engineer worked for almost 1.5 years, but she quit job after her pregnancy news. she was at home for almost 15 months . my baby is very comfortable with my in-laws and now she want to re-join the workforce.
Request you people to provide some pointers to cover letter for her ...
also if you can suggest some best job searching tips for "moms searching job after pregnancy break" will be great help

If you are in westran countries such job search will be good but in India Such things wont work.
Look for regular search tools and apply for the job. Break can be explained during interviews.
Since metarnity is a known and acceptable reason for break, your wife need not to be worried.
